Worship Experience Production Team | The team of people behind the scenes making the weekend work by running lights, cameras, presentation software and more; training provided.
Time commitment - one weekend a month for all services; occasional special events

HD Drivers | People who drive the hard-drive of our sermon from our Weddington Campus to our Monroe Campus on Sundays after the 9:00 service
Time commitment – once per month
*Must have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and personal insurance
Video Production | Producing creative, impactful, and meaningful video elements for Southbrook’s weekend services, while providing opportunities to learn and grow in the video production process.
Camera Operator | Goal - Achieve the Director’s vision through camera movement, angles and depth manipulation Skills needed - Good eye for composition and fluid camera movements Time Commitment – varies Age Requirement – 16 and older Location Sound | Goal - Record high quality audio (dialogue and ambient sounds) Skills needed - Ability to use simple recording equipment and pick out flaws within an audio take (air planes, a/c, cars, wind, etc…) Time Commitment – varies Age Requirement – 16 and older Key Grip/Gaffer | Goal - Set up lights and other equipment; in charge of making sure all equipment gets to and from location Skills needed - Very organized and treats equipment as if it is their own Time Commitment – varies Age Requirement – 16 and older Editor | Goal - Achieve the Director’s vision through cutting together footage Skills - Some experience with Final Cut Studio and/or imovie; Organized with files Time Commitment – varies Age Requirement – 16 and older P.A. (Production Assistant) | Goal - Help out in every aspect of the production process when needed. This position will be available for those who lack experience in other departments and want to gain knowledge in the video process. As the experience and confidence grows, so will the position. Skills Needed - Willingness to learn Time Commitment – varies Age Requirement – 16 and older
