Our First Impressions Team believes that every person should be made to feel welcomed and wanted at Southbrook Church, starting right in the parking lot. These team members desire to share the love of Christ with our members and guests with a bright smile and warm welcome.
Parking | Truly the first impression of Southbrook is made as guests come on to our property. Our parking team is made up of some of the most outgoing volunteers at Southbrook. This team works with our off-duty off icers to help direct traffic and greet arriving families.
Time Commitment - 2- 4 hours per weekend, at least 1x or more per month
Skills needed - friendly, assertive
Age requirement - 18 and older

Greeters | Greeters are on the front lines of our team. Greeters can have several responsibilities, from opening doors and shaking hands to handing out worship guides and answering questions. Our warm, friendly greeters help set the stage for a great worship experience at Southbrook.
Time Commitment - 2-4 hours per weekend, at least 1x or more per month
Skills needed - friendly, outgoing

Ushers | Once worshipers enter the auditorium, our ushers direct them to open seats and help them find their already-seated family and friends. Ushers also help receive our weekly tithes and offerings in service.

Guest Services | Southbrook has new guests every week that need questions answered and general info about church events. This is where our Guest Services Team steps in and provides all the important information about Southbrook. This team also oversees our Resource Center, where we provide additional materials for our guests and partners to help encourage their spiritual growth. If you are up on all the happenings of Southbrook, this is the perfect position for you!
Time Commitment - 2- 4 hours per weekend, at least 1x or more per month
Skills needed - friendly, informed about SB, basic computer and phone skills
Age requirement - 15 and older

Security & Medical | This team of men and women are trained to respond to emergency situations, helping us keep services and events running smoothly for our members and guests.
Time Commitment - 2- 4 hours per weekend, at least 1x or more per month
Skills needed - friendly, background experience in medical field or police/military organizations
Age requirement - 18 and older
