  2. Is my contact information freely available on the Internet?
    No, your information is available only to other Southbrook attenders who have logged into My Southbrook.
  3. What information can other Southbrook attenders see about me?
    By default, Southbrook attenders can see your name, your home address, phone number, and your email address.
  4. Can I limit what information is shown?
    Yes. By clicking on “My Profile > My Personal Preferences” you can determine exactly what you are sharing with other Southbrook attenders.
  5. Won’t this open me up to spam?
    No. Your data is only available to the people of Southbrook who are logged into My Southbrook.
  6. I’m a member of a group that is not listed on my account, what do I do?
    Send an email to the My Southbrook admin and let us know what is missing or incorrect.
  7. How do I update my information?
    If you’ve moved, changed your phone number or email address, you can update your record by clicking “My Complete Profile” and then clicking on the pencil icon. This will create a change request that will be reviewed by our staff before we accept the new info into the database.
  8. How often is the info refreshed on My Southbrook?
    We update the information on My Southbrook once a day in the morning. Changes made to our church database will not show up on My Southbrook until the next update. Changes made in My Southbrook will not show up in our church database until approved.
  9. Why am I unable to sign up for an account?
    First, only those who have given us their name and contact info will be in our database. Second, you must enter your first name, last name, and email address exactly as we have them listed in our database. If you’re unsuccessful, try a variation of your name or a different email. For instance if your name is Rob, we may have your first name as Robert. If you still have difficulties, e-mail our My Southbrook administrator.
  10. How do I retrieve my lost user name or password?
    On the login page, click on forgot user name or forgot password. Your forgotten info will be sent to the email address that you used when you first registered at My Southbrook. If you no longer have access to that email account or have tried to login too many times resulting in a locked account, please email the My Southbrook administrator.
  11. I’m a ministry leader, is there anything extra for me?
    LifeGroup leaders, HomeGroup Leaders, Ministry Team Leaders, and others will be able to see more information about their group members. This happens automatically based on your position in the group.
  12. I have another question about My Southbrook that you didn’t address. Who can I ask?
